All orders received before 4.30pm will be dispatched the same day.
Delivery is FREE on all orders (over £99) to the Isle of Man and UK mainland. Delivery on orders under £99 will be charged at £3.50.
International delivery is charged for according to weight.
Unless otherwise selected in our postage options (at checkout), all orders are delivered to you First Class Mail. Items sent this way should be with you the next day, but this is not a guaranteed service so please allow up to 5 days for delivery when using this service.
Bank holidays and postal strikes may cause a delay to your order. Please do not count these days as working days.
If you need your products in a hurry, this service offers guaranteed UK delivery for 1pm the following day. This is only applicable for orders place from Monday to Thursday
Orders placed on Fridays will be dispatched from us on the same day (when received before 4.30pm). However, your parcel may not arrive with you until Monday. This depends on the postal service in your area and is at the discretion of any post/delivery person that we might use.
Orders placed during the weekend will be posted the following Monday and should arrive with you on Tuesday.
We deliver to Europe and the Republic of Ireland. Options for this service are available at the checkout.
If you cannot select your destination country on our postal list, we may need to make special arrangements. Please contact us and we will be happy to help you. If we notice a problem with the postage of your order, we will contact you by telephone or email, please leave us the right contact details to ensure that this happens quickly.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and major credit cards. We also accept International Bank Transfers. Give us a call if you need to do this.
International customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. Customs, import duties and local taxes are assessed when your order arrives in your country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check this out with your customs office before ordering.
Payments to us will be in UK Pounds. Your bank will convert this into your own currency on your bank statement using an up to date exchange rate.
The cost of international shipping outside of Europe and the Republic of Ireland is decided by the size and weight of the parcel. Each order is assessed and the best delivery option is decided for you.
VAT AND IMPORT DUTY
VAT will be deducted from products purchased by those residing outside of the EU or those in the Channel Islands. Sorry, VAT cannot be removed from deliveries to people within the European Community. Some countries may charge you import tax.
ORDER PROBLEMS OR OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We promise to do our absolute best for you at all times and this includes displaying accurate stock information. If we notice a problem with your order, such as an out of stock item or unrecognised address, we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue. It is always our aim to have in stock everything that is displayed on our site however, occasionally, errors may occur.
If we cannot get your order dispatched in time to meet your satisfaction, we will of course refund you for your order and your postage. Alternatively, we will advise you of the likely date of your order dispatch and arrival.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
Please check your order when it arrives with you. Please do not accept/sign for the delivery if it reaches you in a damaged state. The courier/postal service will then contact us directly.
If the product appears damaged or faulty after you have taken receipt of it, please contact us immediately (no later than 7 days after receipt of the product) so that we can arrange for collection of that product, for dispatch of an alternative and/or for a refund.
Replacement products will, wherever possible, be identical to the product that you originally purchased. Where this is not possible, due to stock levels or manufacturing problems, an alternative will be offered.
Please allow 30 days for refunds to reach your bank and for replacement products to be dispatched.
Refunds and/or replacements will be refused if a product has suffered damage after delivery, has been misused or used other than in accordance with manufacturer instructions or if the fault is due to normal product use. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you wish to return your unopened, unused product to us, you must notify us in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org, by using our Contact form online, or by telephone within 30 days from the day of receipt of goods. The item(s) must be returned to us within the 30 day period.
A full refund will be made to you for the cost of the product but not for any postage or packaging costs that you might have incurred, excluding any charges made to us for the return of the goods, once the goods arrive safely, and in an undamaged condition with us.
Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to reach your bank.
This does not effect your statutory rights.
You can cancel your purchase (the contract) within 7 working days of receipt of the products by notifying SkinChampion Limited in writing within 7 days using one of the following methods:

You must keep all items for return in the condition in which they arrived with you until we arrange collection, or you return to us.
If we are arranging collection, we will notify you of the collection time and date. All costs associated with collection and return of products to us will be deducted from any refund due to you.
You can cancel your order prior to dispatch by the same means as above.
